mixed messages
i'm so sorry
its because thats what comes from my thoughts
must be responsible for my actions
and what they lead people to think
may I have the will to at least figure out what I want myself
and make it clear to all
its not the only thing
thats ever on my mind
sometimes a good conversation
is all that is required
why must there be messy things
that get in the way of life
though often those are the special things
that shape the way we live
may I be focused on my first and one true love
striving on in the race that I must run
and follow in my saviours' steps
for the audience of One

beautiful conclusion - but its also ok to pursue things WHILE being a person who is focusing on God.
I know nothing of the situation, but I do know that you have to figure out what you want first, before you can determine what course of actions to pursue next..

Its kinda two different situations together... possibly why it doesn't all make sense
