PHWORAH

soooo excited - FWA (aka: faculty weekend away) starts tomorrow, and its going to be awesome, and I'm trying uber hard to concentrate on this paper that I'm supposed to read and write a summary of by tomorrow, but the "small GTP-binding protein Rab3A regulating a late step in synaptic vesicle fusion" isn't quite doing it for me at the moment... so I'm procrastinating here...

FWA should be really good, looking forward to hanging out with old and new (mostly new... because I'm now the old one...) science buds, and I'm just really longing for some deacent spiritual conversations and really getting to know people on a much more personal level. I love people, but sometimes I just get a bit over chatting about the mundane - i'd much rather talk about life-changing, eternally important things - they're the conversations that you remember for the rest of your life, and the relationships that shape who you are. Its pretty exciting...

And also - who doesn't want to dress up as a super-hero huh?? its gunna be mad!

And its the most awesome weekend to have FWA because daylight savings goes back and so we get an extra hour on sunday to stay up and not pay the consequesnces in the morning!! so awesome - thanks to God (and FWA committee) for the bonus!

I might let you know how it all goes, if the energy can be summoned (and the memory!!) or if I have another painfully boring paper to read!
