Old people

I love the way old people dance together. Not just any old people... and not the ones that used to probably be ballroom dancing champions, but just when you see an old couple together, who have been married for so long, and know each other so well, and they're dancing together reflects that in the way that they look at each other and how they know what the other one is going to do next. Its not perfect, but I think its a wonderful expression of the intimate friendship of marriage and just really cool, especially when they're both having so much fun together just dancing and looking at each other. I think if I could dance with a guy like that in 50 years time, i'd be pretty happy. Even if the moves weren't quite 'strictly ballroom' and it wasn't always in time with the beat, but if we did it together it would be beautiful.
